Terms of Service
Last updated: June 24, 2026
These terms govern your use of the The Officiants website. By using this site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Using this site
You may browse this site and submit a consultation request for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in any unlawful way.
Inquiries and bookings
Submitting the consultation form starts a conversation — it does not create a binding booking. Availability, pricing, and the specifics of your ceremony are confirmed directly with us, and any engagement is governed by the separate service agreement you'll receive.
Content and intellectual property
The text, design, photography, and other content on this site belong to The Officiants or its licensors. Please don't copy or reuse it without permission.
No warranties
This site is provided "as is." We work to keep the information accurate and the site available, but we don't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Officiants is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above.
